自流平混凝土骨料粒径优化设计方法

【摘要】 <正>一、前言骨料粒径分布对自流平混凝土的工作性有很大的影响。在浆体稠度一定的前提下,混凝土拌和物的流动性主要取决于包裹骨料的浆体的厚度,骨料间空隙中的浆体对混凝土的流动性没有贡献。这也就是说,如果使骨料有适当的级配,提高混凝土拌和物中骨料的堆
【Abstract】 Solid particle in paste and the paste film coated around with some special thickness are imaged as compound particle in this paper,and concrete mixture is viewed as a three-level packing system: concrete is compose of stone and sand paste coated around,sand paste is compose of sand and cementitious paste coated around,cementitious paste is compose of cementitious material particle and water coated around.Method for calculating particle packing density in paste is proposed,undetermined parameters in the method is determined and further verified by test. Results show that self-leveling concrete with its fine aggregate and coarse aggregate particle size distribution optimized by this method can reduce 10% sand paste and 24% cementtitious paste, and it performs well in expanding,steel bar passing and strength.
