大漂石地层筒钻法桩孔钻进碎岩技术应用研究

【摘要】 结合长春市某桥梁钻孔灌注桩基础施工实例,介绍了大漂石地层的筒钻法钻进原理、潜孔锤钻进工艺、岩心聚能爆破工艺、以及筒钻回转切石工艺等。工程实践表明,筒钻法对大漂石地层钻进成孔是非常有效的,这为该类地层的顺利成孔成桩积累了成功的经验。
【Abstract】 The drilling principle,down-the-hole hammer drilling technique,core dynamite technology about accumulation capacity and cutting rock technology about tubular drill are introduced,taking bored pile construction of bridge engineering in Changchun as a sample. Efficient methods of drilling hole and making pile for the large floating rock have been sum up.
