钢纤维混凝土电杆的离心成型工艺

【摘要】 根据试验研究和工程实践取得的成功经验,总结了钢纤维混凝土电杆的原材料选择、钢筋骨架的制作、离心成型工艺、常压蒸养工艺等技术要点。以预应力钢纤维混凝土电杆为例,列出了其生产工艺流程,供推广应用参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the successful experiences obtained by the experimental study and the engineering applications, the key techniques of steel fiber reinforced concrete pole are summarized which include the selection of materials, the form construction of steel reinforcement, the techniques of spun-cast and the steam maintain techniques in normal pressure. The technological process is illustrated for the reference to produce the prestressed steel fiber reinforced concrete pole.
