钢纤维混凝土与老混凝土粘结劈拉强度

【摘要】 通过105个100mm×100mm×100mm钢纤维混凝土与老混凝土粘结立方体试块劈拉试验,探讨老混凝土表面处理方法、界面剂及钢纤维体积率对钢纤维混凝土与老混凝土粘结强度的影响。结果表明,老混凝土表面粗糙度、界面剂对粘结强度有较大影响。在一定范围内,随钢纤维体积率的增加,钢纤维混凝土与老混凝土粘结劈拉强度明显提高。最后,建议了新老混凝土粘结劈拉强度的计算公式。
【Abstract】 By the experiments on the specimen with the dimension of 100mm×100mm×100mm, it was explored that the influence of the method of interfacial treatment、adhesive agent and steel fiber volume fraction upon the bond splitting tensile strength between fresh steel fiber concrete and old concrete. The result demonstrates that the roughness of old concrete and adhesive agent have important influence on bond splitting tensile strength. Furthermore, the bond splitting tensile strength increases with addition of steel fiber volume fraction. Finally, the calculating formulae of bond splitting tensile strength between fresh steel fiber concrete and old concrete were put forward.
