聚丙烯纤维混凝土正交试验研究

【摘要】 本文针对寒冷地区的混凝土结构,采用正交试验方法研究在冻融交替作用下,水灰比、纤维掺量等因素对聚丙烯纤维混凝土主要性能的影响,在此基础上,结合北方寒冷地区的特点,优化混凝土的配合比,找出在满足强度、耐久性等方面性能优越时聚丙烯纤维混凝土在冻融情况下的较优配比。
【Abstract】 For the concrete structures in the cold region, the effect of factors on polypropylene fiber concrete main properties is studied on orthogonal experiment under the alternate freeze-thaw environment in the paper. The factors include water-cement ratio, volume fraction of fibers, etc. Considering the feature of cool region, the mix proportion of the polypropylene fiber concrete is optimized. Finally the better mix proportion is found out, which meets strength and durability of polypropylene fiber concrete exposed to the freeze-thaw environment.
