现代楼盖结构的经济分析和比较
Economic Analysis and Comparison of Modern Structural Floor

【摘要】 作了8．4m×8．4m柱网的夹层板与现有多层和高层建筑的多种普通混凝土和预应力混凝土楼盖结构的技术经济分析和比较。结果显示,在投资的单方造价上,夹层板较经济,且比普通梁板楼盖结构体系的楼层综合单价至少要节省10％的投资。
【Abstract】 The results in the comparison prestressed concrete sandwich plates floor system with non-prestressed and prestressed concrete floor systems in multistory and tall buildings with span 8. 4m × 8. 4m,are presented. The unit price (including structure, architecture and equipment) of the sandwich plate floor system is all the better and 10% less than that of ordinary concrete beam-slab floor system.
