500MPa级钢筋混凝土构件受力性能与工程应用

【摘要】 我国混凝土结构工程中目前应用的非预应力钢筋强度为300-400MPa,比发达国家低1-2个等级, 结构材料用量偏大,消耗了过多资源和能源。500MPa级钢筋是我国新研制开发的高强热轧变形钢筋,应用于混凝土结构中节约钢材,社会效益和经济效益十分显著。介绍了500MPa级钢筋混凝土受弯、受剪、受压构件的受力性能以及粘结锚固性能的试验研究结果,提出了500MPa级钢筋用于混凝土结构的设计施工建议,并介绍了工程试点应用的概况。
【Abstract】 The strength of steel reinforcements used in R. C. structures of China is now about only 300 -400MPa,and is lower one or two grade than that used in Europe and American, thus more materials and energy are consumed in R. C. structures. 500MPa steel bars is a new kind of hot-ribbed bar with high strength and good ductility, and its characteristic value of yielding strength is 500N/mm2. If this new steel bars are used in R. C. structures, the steel reinforcements used in the structures will be saved remarkably. The mechanical properties of 500MPa steel bars, the behavior of members reinforced with 500MPa steel bars under bending, under shear and under compression are discussed. The design and construction suggestions of R. C. members reinforced with 500MPa steel bars are given, and a real building designed with 500MPa steel bars is also introduced.
