自锚式悬索桥拱形桥塔方案及混凝土桥塔温差效应分析比较
Analysis of Different Structural Arc Tower Plan and Concrete Tower Temperature Gradient Effect of Self-anchored Suspension Bridge

【摘要】 广州猎德大桥是新光快速路规划中跨越珠江的一座大型桥梁,本桥方案的亮点在于其独特的桥塔设计。猎德大桥塔身外观为两个贝壳状弧形壳体相扣,设计中考虑了混凝土桥塔、钢桁架桥塔和钢箱桥塔三种结构方案的对比。对于桥梁的温度应力,各国规范都做了详尽规定,但对于类似混凝土桥塔方案中桥塔等非梁混凝土结构温度应力分析没有特别规定。将现有规范应用于此类结构温度应力的分析是否可靠值得研究。本文对各国规范中温度梯度不同规定做了对照阐述,并建立三维实体单元模型,应用有限元方法按照不同规范对比了结构的温度梯度效应。
【Abstract】 Guangzhou Liede bridge is a long span bridge in the plan of Xinguang Express Road. The highlight is particular design of the bridge tower. The figuration of tower is made up of the two shells. It considers concrete tower, steel-truss tower and steel-box tower in the plan design and the three styles tower are contrasted. It analyzes concrete tower bridge saddle position, concrete, steel shell and highness of crossbeam and discusses tower force and displacement. At last the analysis draws to some valuable results to the plan design. All countries state how to calculate bridge temperature stress in detail in their specification, but how to calculate temperature stress of no-beam construction such as bridge pier, bridge tower does not specify. It is worth to apply those specification to the construction whether reasonable. The paper compares with different specification and analyses a concrete tower. According to the specification, to apply to FEA method and 3D solid element analyses temperature stress of construction.
