隧道工程风险管理探讨
Discuss about risk management of tunnel engineering

【摘要】 分析了隧道工程施工中事故易发生的时间、部位、支护体变形破坏的种类以及开挖方法与隧道工程事故之间的关系;总结了隧道工程中常见的风险源;给出了隧道工程风险等级的划分及风险水平;从系统安全学的观点出发,提出了在隧道工程决策中首先应进行工程可靠性决策,然后进行工效决策的观点;在此基础上,针对国内隧道工程风险管理的不足之处,提出了隧道工程风险管理体制的初步构架建立。
【Abstract】 In this paper, it is analyzed the times and positions of arising accident, support deformation kinds and relations between digging methods and accident of tunnel engineering during construction, summarized risk source, given the risk grade and risk level, based on the idea of system safety theory, put forward the idea of making reliability decision firstly, and then making effectiveness decision. Based on these, it is advised to build initial system of tunnel engineering risk management according to the disadvantage of domestic tunnel engineering risk management system.
