碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁的试验研究

【摘要】 碳纤维布加固混凝土结构是结构加固领域里的一种新兴的结构加固方法。从国内外大量试验结果及这种加固方法的实际应用中可以发现,构件在达到极限承载力之前,常常发生早期的剥离破坏现象,破坏呈现出明显的脆性,极大地影响了加固效果及结构的安全性能。混凝土强度越低越容易发生早期的剥离破坏。为此,本文通过10根梁的抗弯试验,研究了碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁的剥离破坏形态,重点研究了几种附加锚固方式对剥离破坏的抑制效果。通过试验,对比几种不同的锚固式用于碳纤维布加固低强度混凝土梁的附加锚固时的加固效果,目的是寻求一种合理的附加锚固措施来抑制这种剥离破坏的发生,从而使这种加固方法更加广泛的应用于实际工程中。通过试验发现,钢板 U 型箍对剥离破坏的抑制效果显著,剥离呈现一定的阶段性;梁侧约束钢板在改善梁的裂缝分布方面效果明显,间接地对梁底碳纤维布的剥离起到了一定的抑制作用。首次定义了剥离安全系数,其值越大,梁脆性破坏越不明显。

【Abstract】 Reinforcing RC structures with CFRP is a new method in the field of structure reinforcing in recent years.Lots of experimental results from the experiment researches and the application of this method show that the elements reinforced with this method often failure due to the early debonding of CFRP.This failure is abrupt,and reduces the effectiveness of reinforcing and the performance of security of the structure.More lower the concrete strength,more possible the debonding.The form of debonding of low-strength RC beam reinforced with CFS was investigated by experimental researches with 10 specimens,stressing on the’effectiveness of anchorage styles to the restraining of debonding.Due to the low-strength of concrete,early debonding of CFS from the face of concrete of- ten reduces the effectiveness of strengthening.To increase the bonding capacity,several different anchorage styles are suggested to apply to the strengthening of low-strength RC beam.The experimental research shows that U- type steel plate can greatly restrain the debonding of CFS,lateral confinement steel plate can improve the style and arrange of crack,indirectly restrain the debonding of CFS.The writer first defined the security coefficient of debonding.The value is more large,which is shows that the failure of the elements is not more apparent due to the brittleness failure.
