【Abstract】 Seismic risk assessment of building structure is very important to seismic plan and urgent management in earthquake.The core issue is to determine the probability that the building is damaged in a potential earthquake. The paper presents the judgments of the building damage states under earthquake.Some methods are developed to build the seismic fragility curves of the buildings.The research in this field is summarized.更多还原
