聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆塑性收缩应力的影响

【摘要】 采用自行设计的水泥砂浆塑性收缩应力测试装置研究了低掺量下聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆塑性收缩应力影响。结果表明,塑性收缩应力随约束作用增强而增加,但增幅逐渐减小;普通水泥砂浆在本文实验条件下的最大塑性收缩力约为28.5N,暂且采用全断面计算出的最大塑性收缩开裂应力约为0.0032MPa;未经改性处理的聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆塑性收缩应力影响作用较小,从而其塑性减裂作用较小;而改性聚丙烯纤维,或者由于其可减小塑性收缩应力,或者由于其可推迟塑性收缩应力的建立,或者二者兼而有之,可使其塑性减裂作用明显增加,在本实验条件下,二者兼而有之的博宁改性PP纤维Ⅱ的塑性减裂率高达几乎100%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effects of polypropylene fibers on the plastic shrinkage stresses of the cement mortars were investigated by use of self-designed plastic shrinkage stresses measuring device. The research results showed that the plastic shrinkage stresses of cement mortars were related mainly with the refrain states. With Boning PP fiber Ⅱ,the plastic shrinkage cracking can be almost avoided,since its double actions of deducting of plastic shrinkage stress and delaying of building of plastic shrinkage stress.
