CF55桥用高性能钢纤维混凝土耐久性研究

【摘要】 本文对不同钢纤维和粉煤灰掺量的CF55桥用高性能混凝土耐久性进行了试验研究。结果表明,原材料的优选和配合比的优化、采用引气型减水剂、优质粉煤灰和纤维增强等技术是保证结构混凝土耐久性的重要措施;钢纤维体积掺量1.1%的CF55高性能SFRC具有良好的力学性能和限缩阻裂特性,掺入一定量粉煤灰对高性能SFRC碳化和钢筋锈蚀影响不大,掺入钢纤维对混凝土抗碳化和抗钢筋锈蚀性能有改善作用;CF55高性能SFRC还具有良好的抗渗和抗冻性以及抗氯盐和抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力,主要是由于掺粉煤灰混凝土内部结构的改善和钢纤维对盐类结晶膨胀具有一定的限制作用。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the durability of high performance concrete CF55 with steel fiber and blenders. It was revealed that the optimization of raw materials and mix proportion, the addition of air-entraining water reducer, good quality fly ash and steel fiber were important measures for assuring the durability of structural concrete. High performance SFRC with 1.1% volume content of steel fiber showed good mechanical properties and shrink-resisting character. The addition of proper amount of fly ash had little effect on carbonation and the corrosion of steel bar, however, steel fiber showed positive improvement on carbonation and the corrosion of steel bar. CF55 high performance SFRC also demonstrated excellent impermeability, frost resistance, resistance to chloride and sulfate aggression due to the improvement in the microstructure of fly ash concrete and the expansion resistance from steel fiber.
