CFRP加固混凝土连续板的试验研究

【摘要】 通过四块连续板的试验,对外贴碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)加固连续板的受力性能进行了研究。加固方式有板面、板底粘贴一层、二层CFRP条带。试验中,测试了板的挠度、材料应变随荷载的变化,观察了加固构件的破坏过程和破坏形式。试验结果表明,外贴CFRP加固能大幅度提高板的承载力。构件的刚度也因此提高。另外,本文还通过一些理论分析,计算了加固板的承载力,计算结果与试验结果吻合得较好。
【Abstract】 An experiment study on four RC continuous slabs strengthened with bonded CFRP strips is discussed in this paper. The CFRP strips, bonded on the top surface or bottom surface of the slab, were made of one or two layers. The relationships of load versus deformation or strain are measured. The experimental results showed that the load-bearing capacity of the strengthened continuous RC slabs was considerably increased. In addition, an analytical method used to predict the bearing capacity of slabs is also presented. The calculating results matched with the test results well.
