用于纤维片材加固混凝土结构的无机粘结材料—地聚物

【摘要】 本文提出了一种用于纤维片材粘贴加固混凝土结构的无机基体材料——地聚物(Geopolymer),它具有耐高温、隔热性能好的特点,解决了普通树脂粘结材料耐火性差的缺点;且它与混凝土界面的粘结强度更大,具有耐腐蚀性好、耐久性好等优点。文中介绍了地聚物材料制备的基本原理,并通过改性使地聚物能够在常温下用于纤维片材粘贴加固混凝土结构的施工,还建议了地聚物粘贴纤维布加固混凝土的施工方法和步骤。通过清华大学的试验研究和文献中的试验结果充分证明了地聚物是一种理想的纤维加固混凝土结构的基体材料。
【Abstract】 Geopolymer, an inorganic matrix material for adhesive fiber fabrics strengthening of concrete structures, is presented in this paper. Geopolymer has many favorable properties such as high strength, strong corrosion resistance, good durability, especially its fire resistance and heat insulation. The material composition of geopolymer is introduced and its properties are indicated. An innovated modified geopolymer is developed, which can cure rapidly in room temperature in the construction of strengthening for concrete structures. The construction method and steps are suggested also. By the tests in Tsinghua University and the results in literatures, it is proven that geopolymer is an ideal adhesive matrix for fiber fabrics strengthening of concrete structures.
