智能交通系统(ITS)信息采集技术评述

【摘要】 实时交通信息是实现城市交通智能化的关键,是ITS各子系统实施的核心基础数据和重要前提之一。在交通规划和交通管理控制等方面具有广泛的应用前景。有效利用实时交通信息是智能交通系统中最基础、最重要的组成部分。本文着重叙述用于驾驶员信息和交通控制系统的路边及中枢设备和应用便携式计算机对车速及延误进行采集处理的两种信息采集技术,尤其详细探讨了这两种技术的软硬件系统、数据采集概念、分析采集数据、辅助功能及其相互影响,这些对于实现和支持系统功能是十分必要的。

【Abstract】 Real-time traffic information which has wide applications in transportation planning and TMC utilities. is the key of urban intelligentized transportation, while the real-time speed in urban road network is one of the core fundamental data and important premise in the subsystems of ITS, Following a top down analysis of a selected set of ITS information collection, we identify in this paper the requirements and characteristics of roadside equipment and central installations which are necessary to realize and support the functions. In this context synergetic effects are highlighted by showing that many subfunctions as well as most physical units support more than one function. This paper also describes the hardware and software components of a system designed to collect speed and delay data using a moving vehicle. It explains the data collection concept, a discussion of the existing data analysis capabilities and the potential for the development of a permanent area-wide data base of travel time history.
