【摘要】 通过对哈尔滨市近十年7000多起交通事故原始资料的分析和研究,依据交通事故成因的特点,从人、车、路与环境等方面入手,对事故主要原因进行定量分析。研究事故发生的机理,分析事故产生的主要原因,找出事故的真正“症”结,制定相应的交通安全对策。提前做好防范措施,从根本上减少或遏制重特大交通事故的发生,实现交通管理科学化、规范化和现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The writer has analyzed and studied more than 7000 source materials of the traffic accidents of recent ten years in Harbin City. In order to make mechanism clear, analyze the main reasons of the accidents, find out the real "diseases" and draw effective countermeasures of safety, hoe analyzes the main reasons of accidents quantitatively from the points of people, vehicles, roads and environment according to the characteristics of causes of formation of traffic accidents in Harbin. Then we can employ effective measures in advance, reduce or diminish the most severe traffic accidents and make traffic management scientific, standard and modem.更多还原
