高炉充填床中非连续液体流动过程的模拟

【摘要】 <正>1 前言液体渣铁在高炉充填床中的流动直接影响到高炉的稳定操作和生产效率。对于这种流动过程,传统上均采用连续介质方法,而忽略了液体渣铁在实际高炉充填床中的流动特性。最近大量实验证明,流体渣铁在高炉充填床中的流动是非连续的,这种非连续性的流动,在一定的流动区域具有明显的随机分散性。
【Abstract】 A new gas-liquid two-phase model has been developed to simulate the liquid flow in the packed bed.Differing from traditional liquid flow models,this model treats the liquid as a discrete phase that has been revealed by experimental observation. The validation of this model has been demonstrated by the reasonable agreements between the model predictions and the experimen- tal measurements under various conditions.As an extending application,this model has been employed to simulate the flow of gas and liquid in a blast furnace,permitting detennination of the flow pattern and the distributions of liquid flow rates and liquid holdup.The results show the localised horizontal or upward flow characteristics of the discrete liquid through the packed bed in blast furnace.These characteristics are affected by the cohesive zone structure such as shape,height and the involved numbers of fused layer etc..
