【摘要】 随着中国社会、经济的迅速发展,缺水和水环境污染已对中国社会的发展构成了现实和潜在的威胁,并将成为21世纪制约中国社会可持续发展的重要因素。本文分析了中国水资源和水污染现状, 以及造成目前水资源危机的人为因素。针对中国在短期内不可能显著改善水环境污染状况的现实,提出了污染源治理与饮用水除污染并重的对策,探讨了21世纪中国的水资源战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of national economy of China,the shortage of water resources and water pollution have been the realistic and potential threaten to China society and the important restricting factor of sustainable development of China in 21th century.This paper analysed the present situation of water resource and water pollution in China,several man-made factors causing the crisis of water resource were also discussed. In view of the fact that it is impossible to improve the state of water environment of China in a short time,the paper proposed the countermeasure which lay equal stress on controlling and preventing the water pollution and removing the pollutants in drinking water.The strategies of water resource of China in 21th century were studied.更多还原
