【摘要】 现代化的公路给经济发展带来了巨大的推动。特别是二十一世纪,公路必将会有更大规模的发展。然而公路交通会对自然环境产生许多不利的影响,主要表现在交通噪声、尾气污染、生态环境和公路景观等方面。由于公路纵横交错,绵延几十、几百公里,因此这种对自然环境的影响不同于其他土木工程,如果不妥善处理,带来的后果是非常严重的。公路需要大力发展,人们又需要提高生活质量和保护环境,这两者是相互矛盾的,人、社会和环境不得不为公路交通付出很高的代价。解决问题的办法就是要使得公路尽可能与环境协调,在自然环境得到充分保护的情况下可持续地发展公路建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern highway has spurred economic development,especially in the 21st centenary,it will be developed more extensively.Then,the disadvantageous effects which contain traffic noise,air population,ecological environment and highway landscape are imposed on the natural environment by highway traffic.As result of highway stretching long and unbroken ten to several hundred kilometer, these effects are difference from that caused by other civil engineering.If the influences not be handled appropriately,the consequence will be very serious.It is contradiction between developing highway and improving life quality.Human being,society and environment have to pay a very high price for highway traffic.The method solving this question is that highway should be construction to coordinate environment and highway be continuos developed under environment protected care fully.更多还原
