【摘要】 正确评价城市土地资源的集约利用水平是土地资源优化配置和合理利用的关键,也是当前所面临的紧迫任务。本文从城市土地集约利用的内涵着手,依据城市土地集约利用评价原则,采用多因素进行综合评价,构建出一套评价城市土地集约利用水平的科学实用方法,并用河南省的地级市为对象进行了实证分析。从而得出:城市土地集约利用水平判别是一个相对的概念,它与城市职工收入水平、城市规模呈正相关,同时也受城市性质、和城市职能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The proper evaluation on the intensive utilizing city land resources is the key part of the rational deploying of land resources and also an urgent issue. According to the evaluation principle of intensive deployment of city land and multi-factor evaluation, the paper is to start from intensive deployment of city land and establish a set of scientific and practical methods on evaluating city land. The case study was made by the demonstration analysis of Henan province. The conclusion: the concept of intensive use of the city land is relative. It has a positive relationship to the city worker’s incomes and the city scale. At the same time, it also will be affected by the characters and functions of the city.更多还原
