低噪声铁路车轮实验研究
The Experiment on the Low Noise Wheel

【摘要】 伴随着铁路系统的提速以及高速铁路的快速发展,轨道交通噪声逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。轮轨噪声,尤其是车轮的结构声,是我国轨道交通噪声的主要噪声源。通过对刚性车轮、弹性车轮和复合结构车轮进行噪声和振动测试,研究改变车轮的材料和结构对车轮噪声的影响。实验结果表明,弹性车轮的振动降低一个数量级,噪声降低8.3dB(A),复合结构车轮的振动降低4个数量级,噪声降低 12.2dB(A)。改变车轮本身的结构和材料比单纯在轮箍与轮心之间嵌入橡胶元件的减振、降噪效果好。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of the speed of railroad and the rapid development of high-speed trains,noise of the rail transportation has been the focus of the public.The noise of wheels,especially the structure noise of wheels,is the main noise source of the rail in our country. The effect of materials and structures of wheels to the rail noise has been studied through an experiment,in which the sound level and the vibration of three different wheels,a normal wheel,a normal wheel mixed with rubber and a complex structure wheel,has been test and recorded.The result shows that compared with the normal wheel,the vibration of the normal wheel mixed with rubber has reduced about 10 times and the noise has decreased 8.3dB(A).It also shows that compared with the normal wheel,the vibration of the complex structure wheel has reduced about 10000 times and the noise has decreased 12.2dB(A).Above all,changing the structure of a wheel is more effective than mixing with rubber only.
