【摘要】 小流域综合治理不仅可以使山区人们脱贫致富 ,而且可以明显改善环境。根据系统性、可行性和简明性的原则 ,从自然环境、生态环境和社会环境三方面提出了评价小流域综合治理的环境效益指标、计算方法和环境效益评价方法。以怀柔县庄户沟小流域为例进行了环境效益分析 ,结果表明 ,本文提出的指标、计算方法和评价方法均具有简明性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comprehensive control in small watershed could make the people in mountain area become rich, and could improve environmentalso.The environmental benefit index,computation method,and evaluation method of environmental benefit were put forward from three aspects,i.e.natural environment,ecological environment,and social environment according to the principles of systematicness,feasibility,and simplicity.Taken Zhuanghugou small watershed of Huairou county for an example,the environmental benefit of this area was analyzed,the result shows that the index,computation method,and evaluation method presented in this article are simple and could be putinto practice.更多还原
