山西省水土保持监测信息系统的初步构想

【摘要】 遥感技术(RS),全球定位系统(GPS)和地理信息系统(GIS)是人类对土地观测分析的三项高新技术.本文旨在探讨“3S”技术的综合应用,将信息的获取与处理、信息的准确定位和信息的储存、查询、分析融为一体,并与计算机网络结合,构造一个具有快速、实时、准确、可靠和集成特点的省级信息系统.提高对本省水土资源、侵蚀环境与规律、治理规划与决策、人为侵蚀的有效监测和管理水平.

【Abstract】 Remote sensing (RS), global positioning system (GPS) and geographical information system (GIS) are three high techs for human beings to carry out investigation on the earth.The concept for water and soil conservation monitoring information system aims at exploring the comprehensive application of the "3S" technologies, and integrating acquirement, treatment, accurate positioning, saving, inquiring and analysis of information with computer networks, so as to form a provincial system with fast, timely, accurate, reliable and highly-integrated characteristics, and to enhance effective monitoring and management levels on water and soil resources, erosion environment and laws, control planning and decision making, and artificial erosion, etc.
