【摘要】 试验选用体重31.51±0.43克的草鱼360尾,随机分4个处理组,每组3个重复,每重复30尾,分别添加不同梯度水平(0、300、600和900mg/kg)的木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶为主的的复合酶制剂。结果表明:1、600mg/kg和900mg/kg的复合酶制剂添加水平显著(P<0.05)提高草鱼的相对增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化效率等生长性能指标,但二者差异不显著(P>0.05);2、600mg/kg和900mg/kg的复合酶制剂添加水平显著(P<0.05)提高草鱼饲料的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪及粗纤维的表观消化率,但二者差异不显著(P>0.05);3、鱼体的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、水分等品质指标在各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,草鱼饲料中添加以木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶为主的复合酶制剂,显著提高了草鱼饲料的养分消化率,从而显著提高了草鱼的生长性能。该复合酶制剂的适宜添加量为600mg/kg饲料。更多还原

【Abstract】 A feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of multi-enzyme on the growth performance,nutrients digestibility and body nutritional composition of grass carp.360 fish were randomly allotted to four groups containing 3 replicates and fed rations with 0,300,600 and 900mg/kg multi-enzyme respectively.The results showed that:(1)Supplementation of multi-enzyme in the grass carp diet had significantly increased average gain rate,specific growth rate,and decreased feed convertion rate in comparition with the control group,but no significant differences between 600mg/kg group and 900mg/kg group.(2) Digestibility of dry material,crude protein,ether extract,and crude fibre were improved significantly with supplement of 600mg/kg and 900mg/kg multi-enzyme,no significant differences between the two group.(3) Supplementation of multi-enzyme in the grass carp diet did not significantly affect the protein,lipid,ash and moisture contents of the fish body.In a word,Supplementation of multi-enzyme significantly increased feed nutrient digestibility and growth performance of grass carp.The appropriate additive dosage is 600mg/kg feed.更多还原
