不同温度、盐度下强壮箭虫的耗氧率和窒息点

【摘要】 本文研究了不同温度、盐度下强壮箭虫Sagitta crassa的耗氧率和窒息点。结果表明:在试验温度内,个体耗氧率(IO)比耗氧率(SO)在5~10℃时,随温度升高而升高, 15℃以后呈明显下降趋势。温度对强壮箭虫的耗氧率和比耗氧率的影响极显著。数值范围分别为6.61±0.97~11.71±2.86μg/(ind·h)和1.42±0.16~2.16±0.53μg/(ind·h)。其方程分别为Y=0.0058X3-0.2956X-2+4.415X-8.7816(R2=0.99,P<0.01)和Y=0.0011X3-0.0546X2+0.8161X-1.6232(R2=0.99,P<0.01)。个体耗氧率(IO)和比耗氧率(SO)随盐度升高而下降,盐度对强壮箭虫的耗氧率和比耗氧率的影响极显著。其回归方程分别为Y=2690.6X-1.6532(R2=0.89,P<0.01)和Y =497.33X—1.6532(R2=0.89,P<0.01)。数值范围分别为4.98±1.62~18.85±5.02μg/ (ind·h)和0.92±0.30~3.48±0.93μg/(ind·h)。文末讨论了不同温度、盐度对强壮箭虫的窒息点和耗氧率的影响。

【Abstract】 This thesis studied the different temperature(T=5±0.5℃、10±0.5℃、15±0.5℃、20±0.5℃and 25±0.5℃)and different salt degree(S=20、25、30、35 and 40) influenced oxygen rate and asphyxiation of the strong arrows insect.From the outcomes,we can find that the oxygen rate(IO) and the ratio consumes the oxygen rate(SO)of the individual of the arrows’ insect increased when the temperature between 5±0.5℃~10±0.5℃,decreased obviously between 15±0.5℃,By the square bad analytical,the temperature and oxygen rate influenced the strong arrows insect seriously.Its relation type is Y =0.0058X3-0.2956X-2+4.415X-8.7816(R2=0.99,P<0.01) and Y=0.0011X3-0.0546X2+0.8161X-1.6232 (R2=0.99,,P<0.01),The number respectively is 6.61±0.97~11.71±2.86μg/(ind·h) and 1.42±0.16~2.16±0.53μg/(ind·h) respectively.Through the Duncan varied comparison,the temperature 5±0.5℃and 10±0.5℃individual of hourses and the oxygen rate ratios have a big relationship.Also have realationship with oxygen rate 15±0.5℃idividual of hours to consume the oxygen rate relation to show the with ratio,10±0.5℃hour of consume the oxygen rate and the ratio consume the oxygen rate and 20±0.5℃hour of present and show relation of.In experiment salinity all with Salt degree(S) go up but lower,the salinity 20,25individuals of the hour of consume the oxygen rate with 30,35,and 40 present to show the relation obviously.Its relation type is Y=2690.6X-1.6532(R2=0.89,P<0.01) and Y =497.33X-1.6532(R2=0.89,P<0.01) The number respectively is 4.98±1.62~18.85±5.02μg/(ind·h) and 0.92±0.30~3.48±0.93μtg/(ind·h) respectively.Discussed the different temperature and salt degree influenced the asphyxiation orders and consumes oxygen rate.
