饲料蛋白和能量水平对东北六须鲶生长和蛋白质代谢的影响
Effects of Different Dietary Protein and Energy Levels on Growth and Protein Metabolism of Silurus soldatovi

【摘要】 采用3×3因子试验设计了3种不同蛋白质水平(含37.4、41.0%和44.5%可消化蛋白(DP))及能量水平(16、18和20MJ的可消化能(DE))的9种试验饲料,以初始体重为25g.尾-1的1龄东北六须鲶幼鱼为试验对象,探讨饲料蛋白和能量水平对东北六须鲶生长和蛋白质代谢的影响。结果表明:在相同饲料DE水平下,鱼体增重随DP水平升高而升高;在相同饲料DP水平下,鱼体增重先随饲料DE水平从16MJ·kg-1上升到18MJ·Kg-1而升高,随后随DE水平升高而降低。摄食高能量饲料的鱼比摄食低能饲料的鱼的摄食率、饲料系数和肝指数低,但前者的鱼体躯干脂肪含量高于后者,当饲料中DP为41.0%、DE为17.45 MJ·kg-1时鱼生长最快。饲料蛋白水平和能量水平对东北六须鲶肠道和肝胰脏蛋白酶比活力具有显著影响(P<0.05),在同一DE水平上,肠道蛋白酶的活力随着饲料中DP上升而升高(P<0.05),不同能蛋比饲料对东北六须鲶白肌DNA没有显著影响(P>0.05),而白肌RNA、RNA/DNA都显著地受到饲料中不同能蛋比的影响(P<0.05),白肌RNA/DNA在适宜的蛋能比条件下最高。
【Abstract】 one year old fish with initial body weight of 25g.fish-1 were fed nine formulated feeds with combination of three digestible protein(DP)(37.4,41.0%and 44.5%) and three digestible energy(DE) levels(16,18 and 20 MJ·kg-1) for 8 weeks,respectively.Results showed that weight gain of the fish increased with the increase of dietary protein level at same dietary energy level,weight gain of the fish increased with the increase of energy from 16MJ·kg-1 to 18M J·kg-1DE,and then declined with the continuous increase of energy level up to 20.0 MJ·kg-1 DE at same dietary protein level.Protease specific activity in the intestine and hepatopancreas were significantly influenced by different dietary protein and energy levels(P<0.05).There was not significantly different from DNA in white muscle of different dietary protein and energy levels(P>0.05).RNA and.RNA/DNA were significantly influenced by different dietary protein and energy levels(P<0.05).The fish fed the diets containing 41.0%%crude protein and 17.45 KJ·g-1g protein had good growth performance and RNA and.RNA/DNA content in white muscle.
