高体革鯻生长性状在不同生长阶段的主成份分析

【摘要】 对高体革鯻幼鱼的3个生长阶段的生长性状进行了多元统计分析。分别测定了各生长时期的全长、体长、头长、吻长、体高、尾柄长、尾柄高、体重8项指标,计算了各生长阶段性状间的相关系数,并对各生长阶段的生长指标进行了主成份分析和聚类分析。多元统计分析结果表明,不同生长阶段入选主成份略有差别。第一主成份始终反映了全长、体长、体高、体重方面的信息,这些性状是鱼体生长发育的重要典型指标。随着鱼体生长,第一主成分的方差占总方差的比例逐渐变小。同时,鱼体头部、尾部增长也趋于缓和。聚类结果反映了这些性状在各个生长阶段间的相互关系,与主成份分析结果相一致。

【Abstract】 Multivariate Statistical Analysis methods were conducted on the growth traits of Scortum barcoo at different growth stages.The growth traits were measured respectively, including total length,body length,head length,snout length,body depth,caudal peduncle length,caudal peduncle depth and body weight.The correlation coefficients among the traits were calculated,and the eight metrical traits were analysed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there was a little difference in the selected principal components at different growth stages.The first principal component reflected the integrated information of the total length,body length,body depth and body weight.With the growth of juvenile Scortum barcoo,variance contribution of the first principal component was decreased gradually。Meanwhile,the growth rate of the head and tail were markedly lower.The cluster analysis revealed the correlation between any two of the metrical traits,in accordance with the results obtained by the principal component analysis.
