【摘要】 以北方高产的"远杂10号"海带养殖品种与南方"福建种"海带为亲本进行杂交,经过5年的选择育种,培育出"荣福"海带新品种,其遗传变异率低,综合经济成分含量高,耐高温、高产性状突出,在延长养殖收获期和增产增收方面具有显著的优势。通过ITS序列分析和RAPD分析,初步分析了"荣福"海带与其他种群的遗传亲缘关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 We utilized the hybrydition to breed new variety of kelp,passed through 5 years choice breeding,"Rongfu"was obtained.Its male parent is"Yuanza 10"that is the north high-production cultivation variety,and the female parent is south kelp"Fujian".The new variety has many virtues:low variant ratio,fine comprehensive economic ingredients, prominent resisting high-temporature and high-production character,the last one has remarkable superiority in aspect of lengthening the cultivation harvesting time and increasing production.ITS and RAPD analysis was processed to reveal genetic relationship of"Rongfu"and other members of Laminaria.更多还原
