【摘要】 对广州某菲牛蛭(Hirudinaria manillensis)养殖基地的菲牛蛭暴发性病害,进行了发病情况、临床症状、病原菌形态、生理生化特性及药物敏感性等方面的检验。同时对病蛭组织切片进行显微病理观察,并对病原菌作16S rRNA基因分子鉴定,最后探讨几种药物对该病的治疗效果。结果表明所检病例为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)和奇异变形杆菌(Protues mirabilis),该病可由这两种菌单独或共同引发。药物敏感和治疗试验表明,两株病原菌均对氨曲南、新霉素、环丙沙星等药敏感。用板蓝根和三黄药浴治疗效果较好,治愈率可达80%左有。组织病理观察表明,患部皮肤表皮角质层溃烂、脱落;肌肉发生溃疡、腐烂,肌纤维断裂、溶解、坏死.;唾液腺排列混乱,部分出现断裂,表明这两种病原菌均具有较强的毒力。更多还原

【Abstract】 We examined bacterial diseases occurring farmed Hirudinaria manillensis(L.) in Guangzhou city in the aspect of situation of disease,clinical symptoms,and the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and sensitivity to drugs of pathogenic bacteria.In addition,histopathological study was run in the experiment,and the molecular identification was conducted to representative strain.Finally,the drug treating test was designed to screening effective and safe prevention and cure agencies.The results showed that the disease was infected by Aeromonas hydrophila and/or Protues mirabilis,both of them had been demonstrated to be able to induce the diseases of the leech,Hirudinaria manillensis in this experiment.Through sensitivity testing to drugs,the pathogens were sensitive to neomycin, ciprofloxacin and aztreonam,through sensitivity treating experiment,the Radix Isatidis and the mixture of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Rhizoma Coptidis and Phellodend ronanarense were the most effectively agencies.In general,the survival rate of the ill leech was approximately 80% in the experiment.Histopathological study was also run in the experiment,the result showed that that the histological changes occurred mainly in the tissues of skin,muscle and salivary gland.At the same time,some tissues and organs had been broken off in the dead leech,which indicated that this kind of pathogens had a high virulence.更多还原
