【摘要】 在饲料中添加5‰中草药喂养宝石鲈,对该鱼体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LYZ)以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)进行测定,结果表明:中草药可显著提高机体的抗氧化能力;促进鱼体SOD酶的产生,试验组肾脏SOD酶活性提高112.73%,鳃,脑和肌肉SOD酶的含量分别提高97.30%,75.56%,36.74%;试验组肝脏和脑CAT酶活性显著升高而氧化代谢产物MDA则显著下降;试验组中血清,肌肉,肝脏的LYZ含量增加,分别是对照组的2.34倍,1.76倍、1.27倍,而鳃、肾脏溶菌酶含量明显下降,脑没有明显变化。可见本实验中中草药可以提高宝石鲈的抗氧化能力和部分免疫能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Antioxidatives and Lysozyme（LYZ） were examined in jade perch fed 5‰Chinese herb medicine.The SOD activity was determined using nitroblue tetrazolium（NBT） approach,the CAT activity was measured using the KMnO₄ method,the LYZ was tested by cylinder plate method,and the MDA was measured by TBA approach.Results showed that there were great differences in activities of SOD,CAT,and LYZ in different tissues.The SOD activity was the highest in the kidney compared to the brain,gill,liver and muscle.After being fed herb medicine,SOD activity increased to different level in the different tissues increased about 112.73%in kidney,97.30%in gill,75.56%in brain and 36.74%in muscle,and no difference in liver and serum compared to their controls.The CAT activity mainly distributed in liver and increased significantly more in liver and brain than in the other five tissues after feeding with herb medicine.Lipid peroxides such asThe MDA level decreased significantly in liver and brain as compared to the control.LYZ activity increased 2.34 times in serum,1.76 times in muscle and,and 1.27 times in liver than control groups,but LYZ activity decreased significantly in gill and kidney,and no difference in brain after being fed with herb medicine.So herb medicine could improved the Antioxidations Capability and LYZ of the fish.更多还原
