【摘要】 水产加工类科研论文的发表情况直接反映了我国水产加工研究的动态和趋势。为了使高校学报更好地为广大科研人员服务,对国内海洋、水产类大学学报中水产加工类科研论文的发表情况做统计分析与比较研究。结果表明:1998-2003年,水产加工类科研论文的篇数在海洋、水产类高校各学报中每年均不到15篇,所占比例不到23%;平均所占比例范围从3.67%～14.18%。从作者情况来看,几种高校学报中加工类论文的平均作者合著度大于2,本校作者稿件篇数所占比例各学报每年差异较大,平均所占比例从26.83%～97.62%;各学报中水产加工类论文的平均引文数大于3而小于19;外文文献的数量所占比例均大于11%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Publication of aquatic technology research papers reflect directly aquatic research trend of our country.To serve scientific researcher better,publication in journals of several ocean and fisheries universities of papers correlated to aquatic process technology is statistically analyzed and comparatively studied.The results show that the number of science papers about aquatic process technology are less than 15 in each volume of journals of several ocean and fisheries universities from 1998-2003 and their number’s ratios in these journals are less than 23 percent.The average ratios of these papers’ number are from 3.67 percent to 14.18 percent.The number of authors of each paper is more than 2.Ratios of papers contributed by researchers from own universities vary large each year,the average ratios of that are from 26.83 percent to 97.62 percent.The number of The average number of bibliographies cited by aquatic process technology papers is more than 3 and less than 19.The ratios of foreign language bibliographies cited by aquatic process technology papers are more than 11% from 1998 to 2003.更多还原
