【摘要】 以长江口崇明县东滩中华鲟入海洄游前的幼鱼栖息地为研究对象,对该区域周边专业渔业村的经济状况和该区域内部作业渔船的作业方式以及经济效率作了大量的调研。根据调查,在该区域建立渔业资源保护区,对中华鲟种群和资源量的恢复有重要意义,但是,保护区的建立也将给保护区周边渔业村的经济带来较大的影响。为此提出应通过调整捕捞作业结构和方式、调整产业结构和转移捕捞努力量等措施以使渔业资源保护区真正起到资源养护的作用,同时建议对建立渔业资源保护区的经济补偿方式,也应通过扶持渔村集体经济的途径才能比较有效地防止由保护区转出的专业捕捞渔民在渔业资源得到一定恢复后再次进入捕捞行业,给保护区的未来管理带来困难。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studied area,Dongtan,Chongming town lying on the Yangtze River estuary is the minor Chinese sturgeons’ habitat before they get access to the sea.Tgrough investigations on the economic situation of the fishery villages and the economic efficiency of different fishing methods,it is found that great impact will be brought on the social and economic situation to set up a resources protective area.To ensure the conservation effect of resources protective area,several measures,such as,adjustment of fishing method,adjustment of industrial structure and moving out of fishing effort from the protective area,should be adopted.Meanwhile,the economic compensation for establishing the area should be given to the collective economic organization which can improve the ability of fishermen to leave the fisheries.更多还原
