【摘要】 根据南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼研究小组提供的资料,在南太平洋地区,中国台湾长鳍产量最高。自1996年以来,斐济、萨摩亚、法属波里尼西亚的捕捞努力量增加显著,其渔获量也随之大幅增加,平均每年达到8771吨。根据太平洋共同体秘书处(SPC)和我国金枪鱼工作组提供数据,用长度股分析(LCA)模型估算出在1999～2001年间,南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼平均年资源量在33965.65～404740.58吨之间。我国金枪鱼船队于2001年进入南太平洋捕捞金枪鱼,渔具主要是延绳钓,捕捞海域主要集中在斐济、汤加、东太平洋公海,其中长鳍金枪鱼绝大部分捕自汤加周边海域。2001年、2002年和2003年我国在南太平洋捕捞的长鳍金枪鱼分别为3536.57吨、3116.29吨和5724.14吨。根据目前的资源量,南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼还有着较大开发潜力,因而将部分捕捞努力量放在捕捞长鳍金枪鱼上,这样既有利于在不破坏资源的条件下开发南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼,又为我国金枪鱼渔业的发展提供一个新的增长点。但我国在南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼渔业上还存在捕捞技术落后、船型老化、基地少、生产成本增大、管理模式落后等问题,因此要完善管理措施、加强和改进捕捞技术、增加对南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼渔场分布的研究、密切与有关国家的合作,以期促进我国在南太平洋长鳍金枪鱼业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data from the South Pacific Albacore Research Group,the highest catch share was obtained from Chinese Talpei in the Southern Pacific Ocean.However,albacore catch from the Pacific Islands countries has stably been increasing during the recent years,and about 50% of total catch came from these counties.Since 1996,the fishing efforts by island countries has significantly increasing such as Fiji,American Samoa,French Polynesia,and catch also boost,and generally annually hit 8771 metric tons. According to data from SPC(Secretariat of the Pacific Community)and Chinese Tuna Research Group and stock assessment results by LCA(Length Cohort Analysis)model,annual albacore biomass fluctuated between 33965.65 from 404740.58 metric tons in the Southern Pacific Ocean in 1999-2001.Chinese fleet began to explore tuna stock in the Southern Pacific Ocean in 2001 and longline was the only fishing gear. fishing grounds were covering waters of Fiji,Tonga and high seas of Eastern Pacific Ocean,of which most of catch were caught in waters of Fiji,Tonga.The albacore catch by Chinese tuna fleet were 3536.57 metric tons in 2001,3116.29 metric tons in 2002,and 5724.14 metric tons in 2003.In the recent years,the number of Chinese tuna longliner which caught albacore increased year by year.Based on the current biomass, there was relatively great potential to explore this stock.Therefore,shifting part of our fishing efforts to catch albacore could benefit to Chinese tuna fishery.However,some problems should be mentioned for Chinese albacore fishery,such as fishing techniques lagging,old-fashioned vessels,base shortage,high costs,obsolete management mode.In order to develop Chinese albacore fishery in the Southern Pacific Ocean,it was noted that fleet management strategies and fishing technology should be improved and that more research on fishing grounds should be done and that close cooperation with Pacific island countries should be made.更多还原
