东海区带鱼伏季休渔效果及其资源合理利用探讨

【摘要】 本文根据2002年~2003年东海区渔业资源动态监测网带鱼年龄鉴定资料,并引用带鱼渔业生物学研究结果,作为估算带鱼死亡系数和建立动态综合模型所需的有关参数值估算和引用的依据,从而运用Ricker动态综合模型分析了东海区伏季休渔带鱼资源利用状况和增值效果以及变更渔业利用情况对带鱼渔业所产生的影响。结果表明:在现行渔业下(t_c=0.5龄,F=2.6),东海区实行伏季休渔能使带鱼的年平均资源量增加89%,年产量增加29%,渔获平均体重增加42%;带鱼资源的利用虽处于捕捞过度状态之中,但尚能承受较大的捕捞压力,利用结构不合理之处是捕捞大量的幼鱼,渔获个体依旧偏小,渔获平均体重仅为75(g/ind.);建议在维持伏季休渔制度和逐渐降低捕捞强度下,以提高起捕规格放大网目尺寸作为首选的渔业管理目标,也是当前较为现实的资源合理利用措施。
【Abstract】 Based on the hairtall,Trichiurus haumela age data of the marine fisheries dynamic monitoring net in the East China Sea region from 2002 to 2003 and other hairtail biological studied results,the coefficient of hairtail mortality and other coefficients for dynamic synthesis model were estimated.By the Rieker model,the paper analyzed the hairtail utilization status and the fishery increment effect of summer close season,and observed the hairtail production varieties by changing the fishery power coefficient.The studied results show that under present fishery power(t_c=0.5,F=2.6),the measure of summer fishery close season in the East China Sea region could make the halrtail average annual catch increasing 89%,all fishery annual catch increasing 29%,and average individual body weight increasing 42%.The hairtail resources can endure the heavy catch pressure though its utilization has beyond the regulation.At present,a lot of hairtall juveniles have been caught,whose bodies inclined to be small for catching,just 75g,average individual body weight.It is suggested that the present measure of summer fishery close season should be preserved,and the fishery power should be decreased,and the fishery net size should be magnified to rise catching age which should be seem as the fLrst fishery management object of all and also is the present proper fishery resources utilization measure in practice.
