Ca2+动态控制与CaCO3及微藻沉积的模拟试验

【摘要】 在接种螺旋藻并富含NaHCO3的Zarrouk培养液中恒流输入CaCl2,观测Ca2+与培养液中的HCO -结合所产生的CaCO3对藻类生长及沉积的影响。试验表明,大于0.100 mol/L的CaCl2浓度明显抑制甚至终止螺旋藻的生长;沉积物随CaCl2浓度升高而增加,但两者间非正比例关系,沉积量增加的最佳CaCl2浓度范围为0.001~0.100 mol/L,当CaCl2浓度大于0.100 mol/L时,沉积量虽有所增加,但增势趋缓;培养体系中悬液藻与沉积藻在CaCl2浓度0.037 mol/L、钙盐比0.0568时达到生长与沉积平衡,即悬液中和被沉积CaCO3埋藏的藻细胞生物量(干重)均为521 mg/L(104 mg/L·d)

【Abstract】 A simulation experiment was conducted by using zurrouk medium contained rich NaHCO3 as well as flow-adding CaCl2 with fixed rate to culture Spirulina platensis(SP)and detected the effect of CaCO3(produced by the reaction of HCO3-and Ca2+)on SP deposit.The experiment results were as follows.The SP growth was inhibited and even stop when the concentration of CaCl2 was over 0.100mol/L. The amount of SP deposit increased with the increase of CaCl2 concentration.The growth of SP deposit increased quickly when the range of optimum CaCl2 concentration was from 0.001 mol/L to 0.100 mol/L. The amount of SP deposit also increased when the CaCl2 concentration was over 0.100 mol/L,but the increase was very slow.Suspending SP and deposited SP reach balance and the dry weight of both Suspending SP and deposited SP was 521mg/L when the CaCl2 concentration and ratio of Ca2+to total mineral were 0.037 mol/L and 0.0568,respectively.
