【摘要】 温度及盐度是鱼类苗种生产当中最常遇到的两个因子,本文研究了在不同水温、盐度条件下,半滑舌鳎胚胎发育的特点,通过对孵化时间、孵化率、初孵仔鱼畸形率、活力的比较,发现温度对受精卵的孵化影响显著。受精卵在19℃以下及29℃以上均不能孵化出仔鱼,在19～29℃水温条件下,受精卵可以孵化,其最适宜的孵化水温为21～22℃,且随着温度升高受精卵孵化时间逐渐缩短。在适宜温度下,受精卵在盐度16以不能孵化出仔鱼,在18～46的盐度的范围内,受精卵均可以孵化出仔鱼,盐度38以上均为畸形,且孵化时间不受盐度的影响,其最适宜孵化盐度28～32。更多还原

【Abstract】 Temperature and salinity are two important factors in larval fish seedling breeding which are usually met.This paper carried out points of embryo development of tongue sole(Cynoglossus semilaevis gunther)in different temperature and salinity.Compared with the hatch time and the hatch rate of fertilized eggs,abnormal rate and activity of early larvae,temperature have a distinct effect on the hatch of fertilized eggs.Fertilized eggs can’t hatch out below 19℃or above 29℃,fertilized eggs can be hatched out between 19℃and 29℃.And the optimttm temperature is between 21℃and 22℃.Followed the rising of the temperature,the total hatch time shorten.Fertilized eggs can’t hatch out below the salinity 16.Fertilized eggs can all hatch out between 18 and 46 with the appropriate temperature.All the fries are abnormal above the salinity 38.And the salinity has no effect on the total hatch time.The optimum hatch salinity is between 28 and 32.更多还原
