卵巢发育过程中河蟹肝胰腺消化酶活力的变化

【摘要】 研究了河蟹卵巢发育过程中肝胰腺的五种消化酶(胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶)活力的变化。结果表明:随着卵巢发育的逐渐成熟,河蟹肝胰腺胃蛋白酶、类胰蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶活力变化从Ⅰ期至Ⅲ2期渐渐升高,至Ⅲ2期达到峰值,分别为0.573、4.702、8.586、243.089 U/mg蛋白,至第Ⅳ期又有所下降。其中淀粉酶活力较高,平均高达152.855U/mg蛋白,脂肪酶活力极低,平均仅为0.0202U/mg蛋白。肝胰腺消化酶活力的大小和变化与河蟹卵巢发育过程中的营养需要和物质转换密切相关。

【Abstract】 Activities of several digestive enzymes(pepsin,tryptase,cellulose,amylase,lipase)were analyzed in different stage of ovarian development of Eriocheir sinensis.The results showed that specific activities of five digestive enzymes(pepsin,tryptase,cellulose,amylase,lipase)increase from stageⅠtoⅢ2 along with the development of ovary and reach the peak in stngeⅢ2(0.573、4.702、8.586、243.089 U/mg protein,respectively),then decrease draftly in stageⅣ.The activities of amylase were extraordinarily high,and the average achieved 152.735 U/mg protein;The activities of lipase were fairly low to the average of 0.0202 U/mg protein.Activities of digestive enzyme have close relations with the requirement and conversion of nutrient in different stage of ovarian development of Eriocheir sinensis.
