群体饲养的异育银鲫绝食后的补偿生长

【摘要】 在实验室内进行了10周实验以确定群体饲养的体重为2.2±0.02g的异育银鲫绝食后的补偿生长。实验设5组食物处理,其中1组鱼正常投喂做对照,另外4组鱼分别在第4周、3~4周、2~4周和1~4周被绝食,然后在第5~10周恢复投喂。第4周结束时,绝食鱼体重和全鱼脂肪含量均明显低于对照鱼,而全鱼灰分含量明显高于后者;绝食3~4周的鱼全鱼蛋白质含量明显低于对照鱼。恢复投喂期间,绝食鱼摄食率均高于对照鱼,但食物利用效率与对照鱼无差异;绝食3-4周的鱼特定生长率(SGR)明显高于对照鱼,但绝食1~2周的鱼SGR与对照鱼无显著差异。实验结束时绝食鱼的体重均明显低于对照鱼,但全鱼和腹腔内组织中蛋白质含量与对照鱼无显著差异;绝食2~4周的鱼全鱼脂肪含量明显低于对照鱼,水分和灰分含量高于后者;绝食3~4周的鱼躯干中蛋白质含量明显低于对照鱼。本实验结果表明:群体饲养的异育银鲫经过3~4周绝食后表现出部分补偿能力,绝食鱼在补偿生长期间摄食增加,但对食物的利用效率未明显改善。

【Abstract】 Compensatory growth for gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio)(initial body weight=2.2±0.02g)reared in groups was examined in a 10-week experiment.Five feeding regimes were established,in which one group of fish were fed ad libitum as control,the additional 4 groups of fish were deprived of food in week 4,week 3 to 4,week 2 to 4,and week 1 to 4,respectively,then fed ad libitum in week 5 to 10. At the end of week 4,body weight and content of lipid in whole body was lower,while ash content higher in the deprived fish than the control.During re-feeding,the deprived fish showed enhanced feed intake without improved feed conversion efficiency.SGR in the fish deprived 3-4 weeks was higher than the control fish,but the fish deprived 1-2 weeks did not show any enhanced SGR.At the end of the experiment, the deprived fish failed to catch up in body weight with the control.Protein content in whole body and viscera of the deprived fish was not significant different from that of the control.The fish deprived 2-4 weeks showed lower lipid content and higher content of ash and moisture in whole body than that of the control fish,and the fish deprived 3-4 weeks showed lower protein content in carcass.The present experiment indicated partial compensatory growth occurred in the gibel carp reared in groups following food deprivation of 3-4 weeks,and the feed intake of the deprived fish enhanced without improved feed conversion efficiency during compensatory growth.
