蒙古裸腹溞生物学及其作为海水养殖活饵料培养利用的研究进展

【摘要】 本文总结了过去17年在蒙古裸腹溞(Moina mongolica)生物学及其作为海水养殖活饵料培养利用研究方面取得的进展。自从1988年何志辉等从晋南地区盐水湖中发现蒙古裸腹溞,将其确定为中国枝角类新记录以来,已查明了该潘在不同温度、盐度和食物条件下的发育、生长、繁殖、摄食、代谢、种群内禀增长能力以及该溞的生殖转换,评价了该溞的营养价值并建立了在海水中大量培养蒙古裸腹溞的模式。20世纪90年代后,蒙古裸腹溞在全国沿海地区作为海水鱼虾类人工育苗生产中替代卤虫的活饵料被推广应用。迄今海南、福建、广东、广西、浙江、上海、江苏、山东、河北和辽宁等省沿海地区海水鱼虾类人工育苗生产中不同程度地培养利用该潘,涉及鱼虾种类10余种。目前在蒙古裸腹溞研究方面亟待解决的问题是:建立廉价、大量、稳定培养工艺和技术和快速有效的营养强化方法。
【Abstract】 The author summaried the researches on biology of Moina mongolica and its application as live food for larvae culture of marine finfish and shellfish in the past seventeen years.In 1988,He Zhihui found M.mongolica from inland saline lakes scattered in Jinan region,and determined the species as a new cladocera record of China.Since 1988,development,growth,reproduction,feeding,metabolism,and population increment of M.mongolica under various temperature,salinity and food conditions have been determined,and nutrition value of the species as live food for marine finfish larvae evaluated,and model for mass culture of the species in sea water established.Since 1990,Moina mongolica has been widely used as the substitute of Artemia in hatchery of marine finfish and shellfish along the coast of China Sea, including Hanna,Guangdong,Guangxi,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Shangdong,Liaoning and Hebei,and more than 10 species of finfish or shellfish was concerned.The problems that should be solved for commercial application of M.mongolica include establishing the productive,stable and cost-effective culture system,and the program efficient for nutrient enrichment.
