饲料蛋白对翘嘴红鲌幼鱼生长的影响

【摘要】 选择健康的翘嘴红鲌(初始体重12.84±0.60g)为试验鱼,以红鱼粉为蛋白源,配制5个蛋白水平(31.04%、35.51%、40.89%、46.62%、50.33%)的等能、等EAA关联度的半精制饲料,探讨翘嘴红喜白对饲料蛋白的营养需求:又以大豆蛋白分别替代0%、13.5%、27%、40.5%、54%鱼粉蛋白,配制5个EAA关联度的等蛋白(40%)、等能(19.5MJ/kg)半精制饲料,探讨翘嘴红鲌饲料中大豆蛋白对鱼粉蛋白的适宜替代量。8周饲养试验结果表明,饲料蛋白质含量对翘嘴红鱼白的增重率和蛋白效率具有显著性影响(P<0.05),40.89%饲料蛋白组的鱼体增重率显著高于31.04%、35.51%饲料蛋白组(P<0.05),但与46.62%和50.33%饲料蛋白组没有显著差异(P>0.05);饲料蛋白水平对蛋白效率具有相似的影响。当大豆蛋白分别替代13.5%、27%、40.5%鱼粉蛋白时,翘嘴红鲌的增重率与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),也没有降低饲料蛋白的利用,而且都显著高于54%替代组(P<0.05),替代54%鱼粉蛋白组鱼的生长和饲料蛋白利用率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。折线模型和二次曲线回归分析表明,本试验条件下,翘嘴红鱼白对饲料蛋白的需要量为39.00%-41.14%,大豆蛋白对鱼粉蛋白的最大替代量为40.5%。

【Abstract】 A series of growth experiments was conducted to examine optimum protein requirement of topmouth culter,Erythroculter ilishaeformis Bleeker juveniles by using red fishmeal as the protein source in formulated diets.Tested fish with initial weight(12.84±0.60g wet weight)were fed 5 isoenergetic (19.5MJ/g gross energy)and the same relativity of essential amino acid balance experimental semi-purified diets containing different protein levels(31.04%,35.51%,40.89%,46.62%,50.33% dry matter) in 5% increments.And five isonitrigenous(40% protein)and isoenergetic(19.5MJ/g gross energy)and different relativity of essential amino acid balance experimental semi-purified diets with soybean protein replacing 0%,13.5%,27%,40.5%,54% of fish meal protein,were formulated to determine the amount of soybean protein that could replace fish meal protein in formulated diets without reducing growth.After 8 week trial,The results showed that with increasing dietary protein level,weight gain and protein efficiency ratio were significantly influenced by dietary protein levels(P<0.05)Weight gain of the fish fed the 40.89% protein diets were significantly higher than that of the fish fed 31.04%,35.51% protein diets (P<0.05),but there is not significantly different from that of the fish fed the 46.62%、50.33% protein diets (P>0.05),The changes of protein efficiency ratio among different tested groups followed the similar tendency as that of wight gain,When the replacement level for fish meal protein with soybean protein was 13.5%,27%,40.5%,there is no significant difference in weight gain among the diets compared with control group(P>0.05),and no causing reduction in protein utilization.While weight gain in fish fed with 54% of soybean protein was significantly lower than those of control group and other tested groups(P<0.05).Based on broken-line and quadratic regression analysis of weight gain and feed utilization,the optimum dietary protein level for juvenile topmouth culter(Erythroculter ilishaeformis Bleeker)should be 39%-41.14% under the conditions employed in this study,40.5% of fish meal protein can be replaced by soybean protein in the diet of Erythroculter ilishaeformi Bleeker.
