【摘要】 目的研究安氏Ⅰ类露龈笑患者牙颌面软、硬组织的形态特征,为临床上制订正畸美容与正颌外科治疗的方案提供参考。方法随机抽取安氏Ⅰ类、骨性Ⅰ类的22例露龈笑患者(露龈组)和40例无露龈笑错合患者(对照组),年龄12～20岁。测量两组患者的12项口唇软组织参数,并通过X线头影测量分析9项牙颌面软、硬组织参数;在模型上测量3项牙性参数。采用t检验及回归分析比较两组患者各参数的差异,并分析与微笑露龈畸形相关的因素。结果与微笑露龈畸形相关的主要因素:口周软组织的活动度过大,上颌中切牙临床牙冠过短,上颌骨前突以及上牙槽骨的垂直向过度向下发育。结论微笑露龈畸形与牙齿、颌骨及面部软组织结构异常等多种因素之间存在相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the dentofacial morphology of soft and hard tissues in patients with Angle class Ⅰ and gummy smile malocclusion. Methods Twenty-two Angle class Ⅰ gummy smile patients aged from 12～20, were used as the experimental group and 40 patients without the gummy smile were as the control group. Twelve parameters of soft tissue of the mouth and lips were measured and parameters of soft and hard tissues were evaluated by cephalometry. The t-test and stepwise regression analysis were performed in both groups to determine the correlated factors of gummy smile deformity. Results Gummy smile was mainly related to more efficient activity of soft tissue around the lips, less clinical crown length of the upper incisors, more protrusion of the maxilla, and excessive anterior vertical maxillary developement. Conclusion The gummy smile deformity may be correlated with abnormalities of the dentofacial soft and hard tissue structures.更多还原
