山羊颅骨缺损个体化修复体CAD设计与精密铸造的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探索山羊颅骨缺损个性化修复体的CAD设计和精密铸造程序。方法以成年山羊为实验对象,建立颅骨缺损的动物模型。采用电子束CT扫描、三维重建技术、CAD技术、快速成型技术结合现代铸造工艺,以医用钛合金为材料,匹配修复体原位辅助设计与精密铸造序列程序化的方法预制山羊颅骨缺损的个性化修复体。结果采用EBCT以1mm层厚逐层连续薄层容积扫描作为原始数据源,将获得的图像经过滤波、降糙、二值化轮廓识别和提取、三维重建、CAD曲面重构、实体重构,以光敏树脂为材料的激光快速成型技术以及与钛合金精密铸造有机结合,成功预制了山羊颅骨缺损的个性化修复体。该修复体尺寸精确、形态逼真,与缺损具有极强的贴合性。结论山羊颅骨缺损个性化修复体的预制,对颅骨缺损的三维测量,个性化修复以及相关的基础和临床研究均具有积极意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the procedure of the individualized implant with computer aided manufacture (CAD) programming and precision casting for cranial bone defect model of goat. Methods On the cranial bone defect model of goat, Electron beam computed tomography (EBCT) scanner was employed to scan goat` heads. Data of EBCT were input in workstation to three-dimensional reconstruction with method of surface shadow. After final data to be transformed to the files, which rapid prototyping machine can identify to make the 3D model of the implant. Then, the individualized implant can be prefabricated. Results The EBCT continuous thin-layer(1mm) scanning data were passed to wave filter, falling coarse, distinguish and collect the outline, 3D-reconstruction, curved surface reconstruction with CAD and the substance reconstruction. The final data were input laser rapid prototyping machine. The final individual Titanium implant for reconstruction of the goat cranial bone defect was fabricated by precision casting, which was very accurate, précis form and appropriate. Conclusion Pre-fabrication of the individual implant for goat cranial bone defect was very useful to the three-dimensional measurement, individualized reconstruction and research on basic and clinical for the cranial bone defect.
