【摘要】 目的探讨儿童隐匿阴茎的手术治疗方法及时机,并通过手术创造良好的宽松环境,便于阴茎发育生长。方法经包皮前环切口,分离切除阴茎背侧增厚的筋膜及纤维组织,松解其对阴茎海绵体的牵拉束缚。结果临床施术49例,经6个月～5年随访,效果满意。结论依据Devine手术的原理,加以若干改良,不仅获得满意的矫治效果,且有利患儿的阴茎发育生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the proper method and surgical timing in the treatment of children buried penis. Methods In our department, the thicken aponeurosis on the penile dorsi was separated and dissected though pre-circumcission. The cavernous body of penis was soluted without the retracted tissue. Results 20 cases were treated and the follow-up ranged from 6 mouths to 5 years. All reported satisfied Resultss. Conclusion The pre-circumcision method is a modified one of the Davine’s procedure. The procedure is excellent in achieving a better postoperative Results and is benefical to the growth of penis.更多还原
