【摘要】 目的探讨适合国人的鼻尖分类体系,并设计相应的手术方案。方法根据鼻的形态差异,将鼻尖分为5型,即前伸型、后缩型、低垂型、肥大型和混合型,综合应用切除、缝合和填充移植物的手术方法行鼻尖修整术,并对手术效果进行评价。结果本组1028例患者,术后鼻孔不对称10例,7例经再次手术后满意;线结反应3例;移植物从切口突出1例。随访973例患者3周～7年,效果满意。结论鼻尖分类体系能够指导手术设计和操作,并获得稳定、满意的手术效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the classification of the Chinese nasal tip and design a corresponding operative method. Methods Nasal tips were classified into 5 types based on clinical features; anterior-extruded type, posterior-shortened type, droopy type, plump type and composite type. Rhinoplasty for these different types of nasal tips were performed by resection, suturing and filling with implant, and the Resultss of treatment were evaluated. Results Of 1028 cases, 973 cases were followed up for 3 weeks to 7 years. The Resultss were very satisfisfactory in all patients, except 10 cases with asymmetrical nostrils, 7 cases requiring reoperation, 3 cases with thread-knot reaction and 1 case with graft protrusion from the incision site. Conclusion A classification system for the nasal tip can direct design of the surgiclal procedure and achieve satisfactory postoperative Resultss in an effective manner.更多还原
