内窥镜辅助下颌角截骨术的动物模型

【摘要】 目的探索内窥镜辅助下颌角截骨术的可行性。方法以家猪为实验动物,用高速涡轮气钻行内窥镜辅助下颌角截骨术。结果顺利完成10只家猪20侧下颌角的截骨,外型满意。结论内窥镜辅助下颌角截骨术是可行的,具有微创,瘢痕小,视野清晰,精确度高的优势。

【Abstract】 Objective It was to investigate the feasibility of endoscopic-assisted mandibular angle reduction. Methods The mandibular angles were reduced under an endoscope with high-speed pneumatic drill in swine models. Results The osteotomies of 20 sampled mandibular angles towards 10 swines were successfully performed and the end shapes were satisfactory. Conclusion It is feasible to reduce mandibular angle with the aid of endoscopes, what has many advantages, such as minimal wound, minor scar, good visual field and higher accuracy.
