【摘要】 目的了解聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注入动物体内后组织反应及病理变化。方法新西兰大白兔48只。随机均分为实验组和对照组,实验组注射国产聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(奥美定),对照组注射实验医用水凝胶,并各分耳部、前额、背部和臀大肌内注射填充4组,分别于术后3、6、9和12个月进行临床观察、解剖检查及病理切片检查。结果实验组1个月形成包膜,6个月包膜稳定,早期少量炎性反应,中后期炎性反应消失,未有明显的凋亡反应；对照组炎性反应明显,中期可见明显的凋亡反应。结论经过短期观察聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶较一般水凝胶更适合机体注射,充当组织填充材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the tissue’s reaction and pathological change of injected HPAG on rabbit’s body. Methods Used 48 new zealand rabbits,divided equally into two group,experimental and ocntrol group.HPAG were in- jected in experimental group,and gencral hydrogel were injected in control group.Each group divided into four area,there is ear,forehead,the back of the body,and buttock.Threemonth,six month,nine month and twenty month after inject- ed,we carried on clinical observe,anatomy examine and cut sections of organic tissues for microscopic exaniation.Results Of the experimental group,the local inflammatory reactions were slight six month of injection.The control group,the local infalmmatory reactions were necrosis cell can seen in the middium and later penild discuss.HPAG has better than general hydrogel maybe an ideal soft tissue inplantmaterial.更多还原
