【摘要】 1981-2000年国家四个五年计划连续在福建省设立“草地畜牧业”项目重点科技攻关专题研究,先后完成了南亚热带高产优质草种的选育、人工草山草坡的建植、草地配套养畜技术和草地综合发展技术的区域试验,获得五项国家和省部级科技进步奖。在推广应用科技成果过程中,发现狼尾草属【Pennisetum Rich．(Pennisetum)】中的某些品种具有多年再生、高产优质、高效转化、高创效益的突出优势,不仅是草食动物必需的当家草种,在科学栽培、利用的条件下,通过加工、养殖、生化和组合过程,可在短期内形成绿化、环保、水保、食用菌、饮料等人畜共用的多功能规模化的绿色C4植物群。 2003年厦门国戎有限公司成立生物经济研究所和民惠食品有限公司专项从事狼尾草草地建植、组合(中草药+精饲料)加工、包装储存以养猪为重点包括饲料、添加剂、饮料、食用菌、生物肥等系列产品的研发,把草-猪-沼-草产品的持续多层次转化提升为发展循环经济,建立规模化的环保型养猪基地。2004年8月以“牧草+中草药+精饲料”养成生态猪,以“合佳牌”冷却肉及其肉食品上市,经专家评估、论证和国家权威机构检测,“合佳牌”猪肉具有高钙、低胆固醇、口味鲜美的特点,厦门大学以其为典型范例编入《生态学》教科书,肯定研发的科学性、创新性和实用性,对建设福建海峡两岸经济区和带动老区、贫困地区农村经济具有重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1981 to 2000, four national five-year plans had continuously set up key technical attack special research of lawn animal husbandry projects in Fujian province The researches had successively completed the following items ,such as the selection and cultivation of the high yield and good quality tropical grass plants of south asia、the establishment of artificial grass mountain and grassy slope、the technology of lawn necessary livestock-raising and the regional test of lawn synthesis development technology. It had obtained five item of national and provincial technological awards. In process of promoting the technological achievement,we found that certain varieties of Pennisetum had such prominent superiorities. For example regeneration , high yield and good quality, high effective transformation,good profit and so on The certain varieties of Pennisetum are the necessary grass plants for herbivore. Under the condition of scientific cultivation and use, through processing, cultivation, biochemistry and combination process,it may form multi-purpose and large scale green C4 flora for the human being and the livestocks by the kind of afforestation, environmental protection, water guarantees, edible fungus, drink and so on in the short-term, In 2003,Guorong limited company of Xiamen city set up biology economics institute and Minhui food limited company to research and develop the product of Pennisetum . The series of product including the feed, the chemical additive, the drink, the edible fungus, and the biological chemical fertilizer.lt had lifted the sustainable multi-level economy of grass-swine-methane-product to the circulation economy, it also set up large scale of pig field of environmental protection The company applied the mixture of forage grass ,chinese medicine and concentrated feed to feed the swine. Its cooling meat and meat product had pushed to the market with the "Hejia" brand in August ,2004, According to the expers’ appraisal and the examination of the national authoritative organization, the meat of "Hejia" brand had many merits ,such as the high calcium, the low cholesterol and good tasty, the Xiamen university had enrolled the typical model into the textbook of Ecology and highly appraises its scientific nature, innovation and usability.
