【摘要】 目的:通过模拟腰3横突综合征创伤性横突周围炎症,考察不同时期同一炎症区域的细胞、组织形态学变化,探索此类无菌性炎症的病理生理机制。材料和方法:将90只 SD大鼠随机分为四组;正常组、假手术组、材料实验组及模型组。于造模后0天、1天、4 天、10天、30天进行组织病理学观察;4天、10天、30天进行内皮素检测观察;同时进行 LCA,CD34,CD20的免疫组化观察。结果:在腰椎横突周围出现明显无菌性炎症、瘀血、水肿及后期有瘢痕形成的过程,经组织细菌培养,无细菌感染。模型组炎性介质等指标显著高于材料实验组、假手术组及正常组(p<0．01)。可以看到免疫细胞被激活的表现。结论:在骨骼-肌肉功能性损伤造成的无菌性炎症中,炎症细胞的浸润有其特殊的生物学效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this study, we probed the mechanism in experimental inflammation though emotive aseptic inflammation around the third lumber vertebrae transverse foramen. Methods 90 SD rats were divided into 4 groups : model groups 、false operation groups 、method test groups, normal groups. observation on the 4 、10 、30days after operation , ET-1 observation on the 4 、10 、30days after operation. Mean while, the immunochemical of CD34, CD20, LCA was enervative in the same time. Results It demonstrated that T cells were clearly tested in normal groups with asymptomatic group. The results suggested that the immune response mediated by T and B lymphocytes play in muscle and tern. This model could obviously lead to inflammation 、extravagated blood 、dropsy and function dandification of the nerve conduits. As compared with the N group significant difference in the M group of ET-1, (P<0. 05). Conclusions In motive aseptic inflammation under histological modality of the functional bone-muscular, the activity of inflammation cell have its specific biology domino effect.更多还原
