钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管外压失稳数值模拟与试验研究

【摘要】 钢丝缠绕增强塑料复合管是一种集钢、塑两种材料优点于一体的新型复合管道。本文应用有限元软件,采用特征值法计算得到复合管的失稳临界压力。自行设计复合管外压试验装置,开展外压试验研究,测试得到该管失稳临界压力和失稳形态。计算结果与试验结果较好吻合,计算方法得到试验验证,可用于设计计算。
【Abstract】 Plastic pipe reinforced by cross helically wound steel wires (PSP) is a new type of pressure pipe, which has excellent performance. Critical external pressure is calculated with used FEA software on method of Eigenvalue in this paper. And experimental investigation of buckling was done on the tester designed by ourselves. Calculated results are close to the experimental data. The method of calculation is validated by experimentation, then could be used for designing PSP.
